At Blaze Proxies (BlazeDigital Solutions PVT LTD), we strive to provide elite-tier proxy infrastructure. We understand that issues may occasionally arise, and we are committed to resolving them fairly. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are only considered under the following strict conditions:
- Time Window: Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the initial purchase.
- Service Failure: Proxies are fundamentally non-functional due to a technical failure on our side.
- IP Quality: The user provides multiple verifiable proofs (e.g., screenshots from industry-standard IP checkers) showing an unusually high fraud score or "bad" IP status that prevents usage for its intended legitimate purpose.
3. Non-Refundable Items & Conditions
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Cryptocurrency Payments: Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, all payments made via Bitcoin, Ethereum, or any other cryptocurrency are strictly non-refundable.
- Usage Threshold: Any plan where more than 10% of the allocated bandwidth has been consumed.
- Policy Violations: Accounts suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Subjective Performance: "Slow speeds" or "connection drops" that cannot be replicated by our technical team or are caused by the user's local network/software configuration.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@blazeproxies.net with your order ID and the specific evidence required (logs, screenshots, etc.).
Once a refund is approved, the funds will be credited directly to your Blaze Proxies Dashboard Balance. This balance can be used for any future purchases or renewals across our infrastructure.
5. Modification of Service
Before a refund is issued, we reserve the right to attempt to rectify the issue by replacing the non-working proxies or providing an alternative technical solution.
