1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Blaze Proxies (operated by BlazeDigital Solutions PVT LTD), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our infrastructure.
2. Provision of Service
We provide access to a global network of residential, mobile, and datacenter proxies. Service is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific performance metrics across all target websites.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use our proxies only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Distribution of malware, viruses, or any other destructive code.
- Engaging in DDoS attacks or any form of network interference.
- Accessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or promoting human trafficking.
- Fraudulent activities, identity theft, or unauthorized access to third-party systems.
- Spamming or sending unsolicited commercial emails.
Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. You agree to comply with the Terms of Service of any target website you access through our proxies. Blaze Proxies is not responsible for any account bans or restrictions imposed by third-party websites.
5. Payments and Billing
All services are prepaid. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with prior notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BlazeDigital Solutions PVT LTD be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from the use or inability to use our services.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlazeDigital Solutions PVT LTD and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab, India.
